How the Gelagen 60-day money-back guarantee works and how to request a refund.
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Every Gelagen order is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of original purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, contact the support team within 60 days for a full refund.
Email support@gelazein.com within 60 days of purchase with your order confirmation number and purchase email. The team confirms your return address and processes the refund within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
The guarantee covers purchases through the official Gelagen website only — not purchases through Amazon, eBay or any third-party marketplace.
